Title : Maintenance Supervisor
Shift : 1st / 9 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM. Fr-Mon (weekends)
Job Summary :
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility. Your primary goal is to ensure that equipment operates efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and maximizing production.
Job Duties :
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns, ensuring that all equipment is maintained in optimal working condition.
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures, identifying and addressing potential hazards to create a safe working environment.
- Track equipment performance and maintenance costs to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure timely repairs and minimize downtime.
