Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Mammography Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 10 / 20 / 2025 Duration : 48 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Job title : Mammography Technologist Location : Grapevine, TX 76051 Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM | Monday - Friday Schedule : 4x10s Sign-On Bonus : Yes Responsibilities Perform high-quality mammographic exams for screening and diagnostic purposes. Assist physicians with stereotactic biopsies and needle localization procedures . Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality during imaging procedures. Maintain accurate records and document all performed exams in EMR / PACS. Follow all ACR, MQSA, and facility protocols for imaging and quality assurance. Educate patients on procedures, positioning, and post-procedure care. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver excellent patient care. Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program . Experience Minimum 2 years of Mammography Tech experience . At least 1 year of procedural experience (stereotactic biopsy and needle localizations). Licenses & Certifications ARRT-R & ARRT-M (Mammography) Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) - Licensed by the Texas Medical Board.
