Job Description

Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for an engaging opportunity within a vibrant school setting serving students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract-to-hire position offers a balanced 35-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with assignments across multiple locations within the district area.

Location :

Natick, MA area

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.

Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student progress.

Monitor and analyze behavioral data to adjust interventions effectively.

Provide training and support to school staff regarding behavioral strategies.

Ensure compliance with school policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications :

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.

Experience working within educational environments, preferably with K-12 students.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple caseloads with professionalism and discretion.

Commitment to student-centered and evidence-based behavioral interventions.
