Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for an engaging opportunity within a vibrant school setting serving students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract-to-hire position offers a balanced 35-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with assignments across multiple locations within the district area.

Location :

  • Natick, MA area

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student progress.
  • Monitor and analyze behavioral data to adjust interventions effectively.
  • Provide training and support to school staff regarding behavioral strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and relevant regulations.
  • Qualifications :

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working within educational environments, preferably with K-12 students.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple caseloads with professionalism and discretion.
  • Commitment to student-centered and evidence-based behavioral interventions.
