Position Overview :

The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering results safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high standards. This position requires a seasoned professional with proven expertise in healthcare construction, especially ICU / Cath Lab or hospital renovation work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Direct project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, ensuring alignment with company and client goals.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to achieve project milestones, quality, and safety standards.
• Oversee healthcare-specific construction, including hospital renovations and infection control compliance.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and resolve issues.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, process RFIs and change orders, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Control costs, review billing and schedules of value, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Forecast labor, materials, and equipment needs to optimize resource allocation.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
