What You'll Be Doing :
Server & System Administration : You'll manage bare-metal and virtual servers (VMs, Docker / Podman containers) on various operating systems, including Red Hat, Rocky, Ubuntu, Debian, and Windows.System Engineering : This involves setting up new systems and integrating new software.Networking : You'll handle all aspects of networking, from running and terminating cables to managing switches and firewalls.Application Administration : You'll assist with administering and maintaining a suite of internal business and engineering applications.End-User Support : You'll troubleshoot user issues, manage workstations, and help conduct security training.Cybersecurity : You'll play a role in company cybersecurity by assisting with phishing campaigns, network monitoring, vulnerability scanning and remediation, and incident response.Physical Security : You'll also work with our physical security systems, including the badge and camera systems.Cloud Services : You'll assist with the administration of our cloud-based services and platforms.Hardware and Software Procurement : You'll be involved in the procurement, inventory, and lifecycle management of company hardware and software.Backup and Disaster Recovery : You'll help manage our backup systems and assist with developing and testing disaster recovery plans.Onboarding and Offboarding : You'll be responsible for managing employee access to systems and services, from account creation for new hires to account deactivation for departing team members.Active security clearance is a plus.Required Skills & Experience :
Proficiency : You should be comfortable in both Windows and Linux environments, with experience in server administration and networking.Problem-Solving : Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for learning new technologies are essential.Experience : We're looking for multiple years of experience in an IT-related field.Compliance : Knowledge of the NIST 800-171 requirements is a strong preference, especially familiarity with a CMMC Level 2 Certified environment.Communication : The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff is key.Location : This is an on-site position based out of our Springville, Utah facility.All applicants must be either a US citizen or permanent resident with a valid residency (green) card per FAR 22 C.F.R. 120.15.
