    Responsibilities :

  • Connect with Customers – Actively listen to understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
  • Present & Demonstrate – Highlight key features, benefits, and performance of vehicles to potential buyers.
  • Guide Test Drives – Provide an informative and engaging test drive experience, explaining vehicle capabilities.
  • Facilitate Seamless Transactions – Work closely with the finance team to ensure a smooth purchasing process.
  • Build Lasting Relationships – Foster trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service and follow-ups.
  • Stay Industry-Savvy – Keep up with the latest automotive trends, models, and features to provide expert guidance.
  • Qualifications : Job Requirements :

  • Automotive sales experience preferred but not required—enthusiasm and drive matter most!
  • Exceptional communication and people skills to engage and assist customers effectively.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle technology, features, and performance.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Skilled in negotiation and closing deals with confidence and professionalism.
  • Compensation :

    $40,000 - $100,000 per year
