Job Title : Workforce Management Specialist

Location : Chicago, IL

Duration : 6 Months

Workforce Management Specialist with 2+ years of experience working with employee and position data and tools.
Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems
Previous experience working in an HR capacity (workforce planning)
Ability to understand and navigate complex organizational structures

Technical Skills Required :

Workforce management system experience

Proficiency in G-Suite

Some level of position management experience

Data entry experience

Database management and data visualization

Excellent communication and writing skills

Good to have skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

File management and document version control
