Job Summary

Experience the best office in the world! As a Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructor, you’ll teach skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages, delivering top-notch service in a safe and fun environment. We have both full-time and part-time positions available.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage : $21 - $35 / hour

Employment Type : Winter Seasonal 2025 / 2026

Shift Type : Full-time and part-time hours available

Minimum Age : At least 16 years old

Housing Availability : Yes

Job Responsibilities

Teach group and private lessons.

Work with guests of all ages and abilities.

Deliver world-class guest service to all visitors.

Create a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

Support ski school operations, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment.

Provide feedback that inspires lifelong skiers and riders.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum PSIA / AASI Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent.

Fluent communication in English.

Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting skill, guest service, and safety standards.

The expected pay range is $21 - $35 / hour, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation based on various factors.
