Lead Automotive Technician – $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

What We Offer

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus (details discussed during interview)

Pay Range : $40–$68 per flat-rate hour (based on experience, certifications, and performance)

Weekly pay — every Friday

No weekends — ever

What You Bring

Advanced-level diagnostic and repair skills (ASE Master preferred, or equivalent mastery)

Expertise in electrical, drivability, and engine performance work

Confidence to lead by example and mentor other technicians

A professional attitude — dependable, thorough, and proud of your craft

Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and advisors

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
