The Position
- The Managed Care Contracts Senior Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial and data analysis to support Managed Care leadership and advance organizational objectives.
- This analyst will report to the Director of Managed Care Contracting.
- The Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial and data analysis, supporting contract management and modeling, and providing reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ideal candidates will bring a solid understanding of Managed Care and Payor / Provider relations, paired with a strong background in analytics and familiarity with the EPIC system. They should be collaborative team players with excellent communication skills, demonstrate initiative and drive, and show passion for their work with a willingness to go above and beyond.
- This position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite requirements. Candidates must reside in Texas or be willing to relocate.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.EPIC certification, or the ability to obtain within one year of hire, required.Minimum of five years of experience in financial analysis, data mining, and reporting. Previous experience with hospital billing systems (EPIC) and contract modeling / analysis is highly preferred.The Organization
