Finance Operations Manager

As a Finance Operations Manager at Sigma, you will own Finance's use of Sigmabuilding, maintaining, and scaling Finance data apps that move the team away from manual processes. You'll be the point person for driving Sigma adoption within Finance, ensuring the team fully leverages the platform to automate workflows, streamline reporting, and improve accuracy. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Finance's Sigma Effort : Serve as the go-to expert for how Finance uses Sigma, building dashboards, workflows, and data apps that replace manual processes.
• Maintain and Evolve Our FP&A Data App : Build, maintain, and improve automated workflows and dashboards in Sigma that power forecasting, month-end close, reconciliations, and other core FP&A processes.
• Data Management : Ensure data integrity by managing integrations, data transformations, and validations across financial systems.
• Documentation & Training : Create and maintain documentation and training materials to drive adoption and consistency across Finance.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay current with Sigma product features and industry best practices to enhance financial operations and reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders; potential for customer-facing and marketing work to support adoption of Finance data apps.
