Pool Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary : As a Pool Maintenance Specialist at Creative Environments, you'll be the face of our brand, embodying professionalism and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and account retention. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and optimal functioning of clients' pools and spas, adhering to all safety protocols and industry guidelines. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will promote enjoyable pool experiences for clients, including maintaining chemical balance and recommending proactive maintenance services. Elevating client satisfaction through excellence and expertise is your priority. All duties require excellent customer service skills and fluency in verbal and written English.

Daily Tasks Include (but are not limited to) :

• Remove debris from pools by brushing, skimming, and emptying skimmer baskets.
• Check chemical balance to ensure pools are sanitary and algae-free.
• Inspect equipment for efficacy and report damages to office staff.
• Recommend proactive maintenance services as needed.
• Drive company vehicle to service locations, safeguarding equipment and supplies.
• Assist lead pool repair technicians when necessary.
• Provide daily service reports via company-provided software.
• Use appropriate PPE as required.
• Operate tools according to manufacturing guidelines and company standards.
• Adhere to safety standards required by the position.
• Learn and retain technical information regarding pool equipment and chemicals.

Required Qualifications :

Technical Experience Requirements :

Additional skills include excellent communication, a strong commitment to customer service, and physical capability to perform manual labor, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
