You bring strong organizational skills and an operational mindset to creative and marketing projects, and you’re passionate about building something special with a talented and collaborative team.

You have a proven ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously . You create content that’s both strategic and scroll-stopping, and your captions are as compelling as your creative. You're collaborative, resourceful, and always a few steps ahead when it comes to digital culture. Bonus if you’ve got a good eye and know your way around a camera or content edit.

You are extremely organized, self-motivated, and detail-obsessed — the kind of person who catches the typo before the client ever sees it.

What You’ll Do :

• Own social strategy and execution across multiple client and internal accounts
• Build and manage monthly content calendars — platform-native, voice-aligned, and backed by strategy
• Post, schedule, track, and report using Sprout Social (required)
• Write sharp, engaging copy with intention and personality
• Collaborate with the creative team on photo / video concepts, styling, and storytelling
• Monitor and engage with communities across platforms
• Stay ahead of social trends and platform changes — and know when to ignore them
