East Georgia Regional Medical Center  is seeking a BC / BE  Interventional Cardiologist  to join a hospital-employed practice. New grads are welcome to apply.

Provider will perform general Cardiology, cover Stemi calls,  and be comfortable with Coronary and Peripheral procedures.

• Inpatient & Outpatient
• Anticipated Call Ratio - 1 : 5
• ER (inpatient) Coverage - 1 : 7 / Practice Call 1 : 5
• Office space (2,600 sq ft) is in MOB on campus and is fully ready to accommodate.
• Cath Lab Block ready
• Statesboro is a simple 50-minute drive to Savannah!

Competitive financial package being offered (salary based on MGMA guidelines)

East Georgia Regiona l 's  healthcare team consists of approximately 1000 associates and over 120 physicians representing a wide range of specialties. The hospital offers a 24-hour emergency department, a Level II neonatal center, same-day surgery and ambulatory care, a pain management center, a wound care clinic, two cardiac catheterization labs, and state-of-the-art diagnostic procedures including digital mammography, MRI, CT, PET / CT, nuclear medicine, and interventional cardiology / radiology.  There are 9 OBGYNs, 21 PCPs, 3 General Surgeons on staff. Large referral base. Robust hospitalist program with 10 Hospitalists (8 daytimers and 2 nocturnists).
