Job Description
Job Title : IT Sourcing Specialist IV
Duration : 12 months with potential extension
Location : Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Overview :
Lead and manage TIS category strategies to optimize procurement, mitigate risk, and deliver value across software, hardware, and IT services. Oversee supplier relationships, sourcing initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to support enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement TIS category strategies, leveraging market intelligence, demand management, and total cost of ownership.
- Execute sourcing strategies from RFP to contract negotiation and ensure effective contract utilization.
- Manage internal stakeholders to influence strategy, forecast demand, and advocate contract use.
- Maintain supplier relationships, drive performance improvements, cost reductions, and innovation.
- Support IT integration during M&A, ensuring data accuracy and business continuity.
