This internship is designed for service members transitioning to civilian careers in administrative leadership, HR, finance / accounting, talent acquisition, or project / program management. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to learn best practices in managing people, resources, and deliverables.

The SkillBridge Administrative / Project Management Intern shall possess the following capabilities : Training Areas :

• Human Resources processes, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
• Project coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Finance & accounting fundamentals for business operations.
• Cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Tools : Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Jira), Unanet, Paylocity, Taleo.
