Hub Inventory Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date inventory data and partner records using internal platforms

Support project logistics and product preparation in coordination with internal departments

Ensure outgoing products meet company quality standards before shipment

Install software and verify device performance prior to packaging

Create shipping labels and manage documentation for inbound and outbound deliveries

Identify and remove any damaged equipment from circulation

Receive and unload supply shipments, organizing inventory in storage areas

Track returns, restocks, and product issues through inventory systems

Maintain a clean and orderly stockroom to support efficient operations

Report on stock levels, fulfillment timelines, and operational updates to management

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic

Comfortable asking questions and troubleshooting until a task is complete

Familiarity with inventory systems or data tracking tools is helpful

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Able to multitask and shift between priorities as needed

Flexible and comfortable with evolving processes or tools

Quick learner who takes interest in understanding company products and trends

Experience with tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office is a plus

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco / Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
