- Lead technical design and implementation of cloud-native solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and MVP principles.

- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align technology strategy with business goals, influencing decisions with technical and domain expertise.
- Champion agile practices, DevOps principles, and modern engineering standards to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

- Promote architectural excellence, scalability, and security in all solutions, with a strong focus on cloud-native patterns and practices.
- Serve as a connector across teams, integrating systems and driving adoption of engineering best practices.## The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers, with a strong focus on people development and team dynamics.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, containerization, and CI / CD pipelines.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with agile methodologies, TDD, and modern software development practices.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for driving change and delivering impactful solutions.
- Ability to foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

The salary range for this role is from $138,500.00 to $206,000.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
