Schedule Mid 3x12-Hour Shift : 15 : 00 - 03 : 00 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in dealing with a variety of patient diagnoses within a fast-paced emergency department setting. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a general emergency department setting. Monitor and manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction and other complex conditions. Perform various nursing procedures, including IV therapy, phlebotomy, blood product administration, and procedural sedation. Interpret and manage dysrhythmias; obtain and analyze 12 lead EKG / ECG when necessary. Apply isolation precautions and manage splint applications as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of independent experience in an emergency department. Current certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS. Preferred skills include IV therapy, blood product administration, and management of central lines. Experience with Epic charting system is preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
