Join PAAL — where the community is our classroom.

The PAAL Program is a dynamic, community-based organization serving individuals across the autism spectrum. We blend clinical precision with compassion, delivering meaningful, data-driven interventions that enhance independence, communication, and quality of life.

We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)  who is passionate about applied behavior analysis, thrives in collaborative environments, and wants to see real-world impact beyond traditional settings.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills-based assessments to inform instructional and behavioral programming.
  • Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs rooted in ABA principles.
  • Analyze data to inform clinical decisions, ensure treatment integrity, and track measurable outcomes.
  • Facilitate generalization of skills through Natural Environment Teaching (NET)  and community-based instruction.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and team members through participation in IEP / ISP meetings, data review sessions, speech-language consultations, and Grand Rounds—an interdisciplinary process integrating psychiatry and psychology to assess appropriate pharmacological and behavioral treatment pathways.
  • Supervise and support staff consistent with BACB standards, promoting program fidelity and clinical growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification  and Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of applied experience providing and supervising ABA-based interventions for individuals with autism and / or other developmental disabilities, with a focus on reducing challenging behaviors and promoting skill acquisition.
  • Expertise in assessment, data analysis, and applied research-to-practice implementation.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and mentoring skills.
  • Commitment to functional, socially significant outcomes and compassionate care.
  • Why Join PAAL

  • A supportive, collaborative clinical culture guided by evidence and empathy.
  • A program focused on meaningful and long-lasting behavior change that enhances our individuals' independence, employability, relationships, community participation, and overall quality of life.
  • Opportunities for leadership, professional development, and creativity in program design.
  • Competitive salary ($85,000 - $100,000 Depending on experience) and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K with match, CEU reimbursement, paid time off, and more).
  • A workplace that values balance, growth, and the science of behavior as a force for good.
  • Ready to make an impact where behavior analysis meets real life?
