Description :

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Support Supervisor to lead a small team supporting lithium battery products used in the golf cart industry. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and customer-facing service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and support the tech support team in diagnosing and resolving battery-related issues for golf cart applications.
  • Coordinate on-site service visits and training for customers across the U.S.
  • Review and maintain accurate service records and case documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring technical problems.
  • Handle complex support cases and ensure timely, professional customer responses.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to service standards and safety protocols.

Requirements :

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with lithium batteries (Preferred)
  • Associates degree in relative field or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required
  • Fluent Chinese speaking skill is preferred
