Job Overview

LVR Commercial Flooring Inc. is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team in West Texas. This position plays a critical role in managing commercial, industrial, and government flooring projects from bid to completion. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, solution-driven, and capable of balancing estimating, sales, and project management responsibilities while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Manage flooring projects from estimating through completion, ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial, industrial, and government clients.
• Use tools such as MeasureSquare and CRM software to develop accurate takeoffs, manage bids, and track project progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits as needed to review project conditions, measurements, and quality control.
• Oversee procurement, scheduling, and installation coordination to ensure timely project delivery.
• Analyze project performance, resolve issues proactively, and report on project profitability.
• Support company sales goals through accurate estimating, relationship management, and repeat business development.
• Uphold safety standards and company procedures at all times.
