This role is responsible for driving growth in mitigation and reconstruction services, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding our commercial customer base. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in the restoration industry, particularly within the Central Texas market.

Compensation : $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
