We’re looking for a Sales Administrator & Customer Hospitality Coordinator to support our growing sales team and help create an outstanding experience for our customers and guests. This dynamic hybrid role blends sales administration, customer hospitality, and event coordination—perfect for someone who’s detail-driven, people-focused, and thrives on juggling multiple priorities with ease.

What You’ll Do

  • ???? Sales Support & Administration

Process orders, quotes, and proposals with speed and accuracy

Keep customer databases and CRM systems up to date

Facilitate communication between the sales, logistics, and finance teams

Track sales performance and prepare reports for leadership

Support sales meetings with presentation materials and timely follow-up

Maintain stock of sales collateral and promotional materials

  • ???? Customer Hospitality & Experience
  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors—be the face of the team

    Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure spaces meet hospitality standards

    Plan and host on-site customer visits, including tours, meetings, and events

    Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and care

    Create a warm, organized, and client-ready environment across customer touchpoints

  • ???? Trade Show & Event Coordination
  • Plan and execute our presence at trade shows and industry events

    Handle logistics, from booth setup to promotional materials and shipping

    Keep track of event calendars, deadlines, and registrations

    Collaborate with vendors, sales, and marketing to ensure event success

    Provide onsite support as needed and help follow up on post-event sales leads

    Who You Are

    1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination

    Bonus points for experience in event planning or trade show logistics

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus

    Able and willing to travel locally for occasional customer visits

    Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
