Job Summary : \n\nWe are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing, particularly in Cardiac Telemetry, to join our healthcare team. This role involves working in fast-paced hospital units providing direct and continuous care to acutely ill adult patients.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nDeliver high-quality nursing care to patients with cardiac and other complex conditions in MS / Tele units.\n\nMonitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac telemetry readings (including arrhythmias, heart blocks, etc.).\n\nAdminister medications and treatments per provider orders.\n\nCollaborate closely with physicians, care teams, and families.\n\nDocument patient information accurately in the EMR system.\n\nRespond to emergencies and use critical thinking in acute situations.\n\nEnsure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards.\n\nRequirements : \n\nMinimum 4 years of recent experience in Medical-Surgical / Telemetry nursing.\n\nStrong experience in Cardiac Telemetry required.\n\nProficient in reading and interpreting cardiac rhythms (EKG).\n\nCurrent BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required).\n\nExperience with electronic medical records (EPIC preferred).\n\nExcellent communication and critical thinking skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and adapt to new environments quickly.
