We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our container platform operations. This role requires a deep understanding of OpenShift or Kubernetes administration and operations, both on-premises and in cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in troubleshooting, deploying, and integrating OpenShift or Kubernetes with various tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain OpenShift or Kubernetes environments, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
- Perform upgrades, apply patches, and follow best practices for OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms.
- Automate day-to-day operations using tools such as Ansible.
- Create, update, and manage standard operating procedures and documentation for platform administration.
- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and other key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with teams to address and resolve incidents, change orders, and service requests promptly.
- Proactively identify challenges and devise solutions to improve the OpenShift Kubernetes environment.
- Escalate issues as necessary and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
- Lead teams in a multi-vendor, multi-country environment.
- Serve as a technical leader and develop assets to support container platform maintenance.
Qualifications
10 years of industry experience, with at least 4 years in OpenShift or Kubernetes administration and operations.Deep experience with containers and OpenShift troubleshooting in both on-prem and cloud settings.Experience with integration tools like Quay, Advanced Cluster Management, CMDB, and monitoring systems.Strong background in automating operations and maintaining multiple clusters.We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
