Container Platform Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our container platform operations. This role requires a deep understanding of OpenShift or Kubernetes administration and operations, both on-premises and in cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in troubleshooting, deploying, and integrating OpenShift or Kubernetes with various tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain OpenShift or Kubernetes environments, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• Perform upgrades, apply patches, and follow best practices for OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms.
• Automate day-to-day operations using tools such as Ansible.
• Create, update, and manage standard operating procedures and documentation for platform administration.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and other key performance metrics.
• Coordinate with teams to address and resolve incidents, change orders, and service requests promptly.
• Proactively identify challenges and devise solutions to improve the OpenShift Kubernetes environment.
• Escalate issues as necessary and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Lead teams in a multi-vendor, multi-country environment.
• Serve as a technical leader and develop assets to support container platform maintenance.
