About the Role :
As the Business Development Manager within our Americas team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining CrowdStrike's referral partnerships within the Law Firm and Insurance verticals. The successful candidate has business acumen, strong consulting and negotiating skills, current technical skills, strong understanding of cyber risks and solutions, strong relationships within the supported verticals, and familiarity with the key partners that will drive CrowdStrike revenues. You must be extremely results driven, partner focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building internal relationships and external partnerships.
What You'll Do :
Develop and execute business development strategies and initiatives to attain referral revenue goals for the region
Identify and engage potential referral partners to grow CrowdStrike's product and services business
Educate partners on our services offerings, incident response capabilities and overall value proposition
Develop and drive product sales programs through partner channels while supporting inbound product referrals
Establish contractual framework with partners to facilitate referral engagements for both products and services
Support partners on individual engagements that are referred and coordinate internally to ensure the highest level of service is delivered
Conduct business reviews with existing partners to assess prior period performance and partner satisfaction, identify untapped potential for new business, and establish commitment and strategy going forward
Develop and drive new business opportunities, independently and cooperatively
Maintain existing and new senior executive relationships within the partner ecosystem
Accurately forecast business objectives and outcomes based on in-depth knowledge of the partner ecosystem, referral opportunities, and any limiting constraints
What You'll Need :
Experience working with and / or partnering with law firms and insurance companies-prior experience working within these verticals is an advantage (e.g., practicing cyber law, working as a cyber insurance broker or a cyber underwriter / claims manager)
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cyber risks, and competitive offerings in the marketplace
Familiarity with targeted cybersecurity attacks and incident response
Self-motivated and excellent organizational skills
Passionate relationship building and negotiating skills
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to create and deliver value propositions
Ability to identify and influence key decision makers
Ability to succeed in a quota driven business development environment
Capable of closing partner opportunities, driving accountability and success of the relationship
Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
Ability to explain complicated concepts to a variety of audiences and skill levels
