Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 18 months of Telemetry Unit experience within the past 3 years.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Previous Employment Requirement : No prior Avera or Sanford perm employees.

Shift & Scheduling : D / N True Rotating; no straight days or straight nights

Weekend Requirement : Every Other Weekend

Holiday Requirement : Every Other Holiday

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays : 10 / 31 / 2025, 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 24 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025, 12 / 31 / 2025. Number of holidays allowed off : 1
