Description :

Develop and implement total nursing care for patients.

Conduct assessments and create nursing diagnoses.

Create and manage patient care plans.

Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.

Maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

Develop systems to provide care to diverse populations including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
