Job Description :

As a Porter / Groundskeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our property remains an attractive and comfortable place to call home. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

Key Responsibilities :

Grounds Maintenance :

Regularly mow lawns, trim shrubs, and maintain flower beds.

• Ensure that sidewalks and parking areas are clear of debris and safe for residents.
• Perform routine landscaping tasks to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the property.

Janitorial Duties :

Keep common areas, such as the clubhouse, lobby, and restrooms, clean and well-maintained.

Customer Service :

Interact with residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Safety :

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
