This is Direct Hire position will operate onsite in Lakewood, CO

Salary Range : $105,800 $132,300 annually The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors (+ 7% Target Bonus)

Akkodis is hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer for a global leader in blood component, therapeutic apheresis, and cellular technologies, serving customers in over 150 countries.

About the Role

As a Supplier Quality Engineer 3, youll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products assembled by third-party contract manufacturers. These electro-mechanical systems support both cell therapy and disposable kit production. Youll lead efforts to qualify supplier capabilities, improve quality processes, and support the transition from sustaining to new product development.

What Youll Do

Act as the primary liaison with key suppliers and CMOs to resolve quality and technical issues

Lead supplier performance monitoring, audits, and CAPA investigations

Drive process development and validation for injection molding, blow molding, and high-

speed automation

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and assess feasibility of in-house vs. outsourced

manufacturing

Build and track KPIs, identify global trends, and conduct onsite audits

Collaborate cross-functionally to improve supplier relationships and ensure compliance with

GMP and FDA regulations

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Biomedical preferred)

6+ years of experience, including 2 years in GMP manufacturing

4+ years in injection molding, blow molding, or device manufacturing at contract

manufacturers

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Deep understanding of FDA regulations, GMP practices, and process validation

Experience with supplier auditing, test method validation, and project management
