As our IT Manager, you'll guide a team that ensures our organization runs smoothly, stays secure, and makes a real difference.

General Description Of Duties

• Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, IP telephony, and cloud services.
• Lead implementation and management of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Conditional Access policies
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Entra ID.
• Manage Active Directory environments, including automation and reporting via PowerShell scripting.
• Ensure synchronization between Azure File Shares and on-premises file servers for hybrid storage solutions.
• Maintain and monitor SD-WAN connectivity and performance across agency locations.
• Implement and enforce data governance policies using Microsoft Purview for compliance, retention, and protection.
• Conduct security audits, manage MFA configurations, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
• Ensure compliance with CMMC, HIPAA, and FACTA regulations for data protection and access control.
• Supervise IT staff including Systems and Microsoft 365 Administrators, and Application Developers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must pass pre-employment drug and TB screening and NM State Department of Health background investigations. Additional background investigations may be required depending on the job assignment, or job transfer. Must be able to sit, bend / stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, lift 50 lbs., carry, perform keyboarding / typing tasks frequently.
