Director, Plant Manager

Joyson Safety Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Plant Manager to lead operations at our Moses Lake facility. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving performance, safety, and quality across all plant functions.

What You'll Do :

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on customer programs and operational goals
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and environmental standards
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and ethical leadership across the organization
• Represent the plant in senior leadership discussions and performance reviews

What We're Looking For :

• 10+ years in manufacturing, with 5+ in automotive
• Proven leadership in plant operations and team development
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance systems
• BA / BS in Operations, Engineering, or Business (Master's preferred)
• Passion for building high-performing teams and delivering results
