Associate Attorney - Litigation

We are seeking a

Senior Litigation Associate

attorney to join our Irvine, California office. Matters handled by this dynamic group include the analysis of various types of claims as well as high-stakes litigation. This is a hybrid position in our Irvine office

Essential job duties include :

• Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases from onset to resolution in state and federal courts.
• Conducting thorough analysis of insurance policies and coverage provisions to determine coverage and liability.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients on insurance coverage issues, policy interpretation, and case status reports.
• Preparing and drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and supporting briefs for court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
