Overview

Dignity Health Medical Group - Sierra Nevada is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with experience in Urgent Care or a related specialty to work in both our existing Urgent Care clinic as well as on a new mobile care unit. This full time opportunity will work approximately 3 days / week on the mobile unit and 2 days / week in the brick and mortar urgent care clinic. (This may change as the mobile unit becomes more established.) The primary goal of this position is to staff the mobile unit. The brick and mortar UC clinic is located in beautiful Grass Valley, CA. The mobile unit will be based out of Grass Valley, but will travel throughout surrounding rural areas within approximately 100 miles of Grass Valley, CA.

Our ideal candidate has experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, Street Medicine or similar.
