About the Role We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer II who is passionate about revolutionizing the robotics industry. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to design, develop and optimize cutting-edge manufacturing processes, implement lean manufacturing strategies and drive innovation throughout our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You'll be instrumental in scaling our production as we bring humanoid robots to the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and optimization of complex manufacturing lines to improve flow, throughput, and utilization while maintaining quality standards.
• Define and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the manufacturing line by collecting, processing and organizing the data in reports that can drive actionable improvement projects.
• Be a key team member and stakeholder on implementing and improving critical business process software such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Lead process re-engineering initiatives to identify bottlenecks and develop streamlined workflows.
• Strategically manage and optimize the factory layout, leading critical changes to meet future production requirements.
• Initiate and drive visual factory projects to make factory operation, performance metrics and process status immediately clear.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and supply chain to implement best practices and Lean methodologies.
• Prepare detailed time studies, capacity analysis, and efficiency reports to drive decision-making.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement advanced technologies, automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions to enhance productivity and capabilities.
• Train and mentor junior engineers or team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
