The Role
As part of our forensic inspection team, youll :
- Conduct forensic inspections of residential and commercial buildings.
- Research and apply building codes during investigations and reporting.
- Determine the cause of structural failures and document findings.
- Prepare technical reports that clearly communicate complex conditions.
- Develop repair design documents and remediation recommendations when needed.
- Maintain organized inspection records.
What Were Looking For
Licensed Structural Engineer (P.E. or ability to obtain in the near term preferred).Strong field presence : comfortable working at heights, in crawlspaces, and in varied weather.Clear communicator who can translate engineering findings for clients and non-engineers.Skilled in technical writing with excellent attention to detail.Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office required; AutoCAD experience preferred or willingness to learn).Construction experience is a plus.Team-oriented with initiative to grow into a leadership role.Why Join Us?

Salary : $120,000 to $150,000 (based on experience)
