Job Description :

Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its Acquisitions team, with flexibility to be based in either Tampa, FL or Los Angeles, CA. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing platform focused on multifamily real estate investments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities and demonstrated experience underwriting direct investments, particularly within the multifamily asset class.

We are looking for candidates who are not only analytically sharp but also have strong interpersonal skills. The role requires frequent interaction with a wide range of stakeholders including brokers, intermediaries, capital partners, investors, consultants, key industry players, and the firms senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for real estate and a desire to grow within a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities : Asset Management

• Aggregate and update property-level data weekly for portfolio oversight.
• Compile and analyze monthly operating statements for the Berkshire Property Holdings portfolio.
• Prepare and track annual budgets, leasing / business assumptions, and quarterly performance reports.
• Maintain and update debt reports quarterly, ensuring compliance with lender covenants.
• Analyze refinancing alternatives and present recommendations to management.
• Prepare agendas for weekly asset manager property calls.
• Create, update, and present financial dashboards for management review.
• Ensure adherence to internal audit procedures and tracking methods.
