PRN Hospice RN– Dexter

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care in patient homes

Complete assessments and create personalized care plans

Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions

Partner with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care

Educate patients and families on comfort care, medications, and disease progression

Support families with compassion through the end-of-life journey

Ensure compliance with physician orders and care standards

What You’ll Need

A positive attitude and a heart for patient care

Strong communication skills and reliability

Reliable transportation to reach patients in the service area

Advantage Program Certificate (where state applicable)

Bachelor’s degree + 1 year of professional experience – OR – 1 year as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in lieu of a Bachelor’s
