LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) for a local contract job in San Leandro, California.

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform waived lab tests (Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, Coagulation)
  • Collect specimens via venipuncture and capillary draws
  • Ensure quality control compliance and accurate data entry
  • Transport and process specimens
  • Maintain inventory and equipment records
  • Follow all health and safety protocols

    • Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Familiarity with lab workflows; phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • COVID-19 vaccination (or approved exemption) required
  • Must meet California requirements for testing personnel (licensed MLT or LVN)
