Job Description & Requirements

• Shift : 12 hours, nights

• Experience Required : Minimum 2 years SNF / LTC or Med Surg experience
• Certifications Required : BLS (AHA or ARC), COVID-19 vaccine (medical / religious exemptions case-by-case)
• Licensure : Active Michigan RN license required
