Responsibilities
Coordinate, attend, and / or host campus recruiting events (career fairs, presentations, interview days, etc.)Manage iCIMS including candidate screening and dispositioning and cleaning up requisitionsPosting requisitions keeping the number of openings up to dateSource and screen candidates from iCIMS as well as other creative sources (social media, professional organizations, referrals, etc.)Co-lead the Summer Intern ProgramFacilitate internal recruiting update meetings with group managersResearch and report on different University programs and maintain and establish our brand on campusCoordinate / manage our office interviewing program (including facilitation of interviewer training and post-interview debriefs)Extend offers to intern and collegiate candidates; manage the follow-up communication with the candidate and answer questions about the compensation packageExtend offers to current intern candidates for another internship or full-time opportunityCo-lead exit interviews with current interns / co-op candidatesAttend weekly meetings with hiring managers / Group LeadersCollaborate with other TA members for hiring purposes and communication around what is going on in the campus worldOther duties as assignedThis role is located onsite, at our Indianapolis Headquarters.
Qualifications
2+ years of campus recruiting experienceAbility to travel to multiple events in different statesOpen availability for peak campus travel seasons which include September-November and February and MarchDuring peak season, 5-10 hours of overtime each week will be expected
