Family Care RN

The Family Care Nurse must possess good communication and interpersonal skills. The Nurse must be able to interact with a variety of health care professionals in various disciplines. The Family Care Nurse must be able to form relationships with individuals, families, Family Care Providers, staff, health care professionals, and any other outside service provider as necessary.

In addition, employee needs to possess the following characteristics :

• Be a team player.
• Have a strong sensitivity to cultural diversity present among staff and clients within our organization.
• A strong belief in people's ability to grow and change; forge a mutually respectful partnership with persons served and their families.
• Ability to set limits and maintain helping role of practitioner and to intervene appropriately.
