We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Construction Estimator to join our Pre-Construction team. This role is critical in managing all aspects of the estimating and bidding process to secure profitable work. From conceptual budgets to final bid submissions, you'll ensure our projects are competitively and accurately priced.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the full estimating process for assigned projects, from conceptual through final bid.
  • Perform quantity take-offs, pricing, bid summaries, and bid submissions.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, managing bid day logistics.
  • Prepare budgets for negotiated work and design-build projects.
  • Analyze post-bid results and support project turnover to operations.
  • Maintain and update the estimating database.

What We're Looking For

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Experience : 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
  • Strong understanding of unit costs, market trends, and cost drivers.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, On-Screen Takeoff, and ICE.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with subcontractors and team members.
  • Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
