A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to manage and optimize their Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Customer Success Ops.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive RevOps process compliance and ensure data integrity
Oversee and optimize the RevOps tech stack, including Salesforce and related tools
Develop onboarding processes and maintain dashboards for key performance metrics
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on Customer Success
Expertise in Salesforce administration and familiarity with SaaS sales acceleration tools
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
