Superintendent Commercial Construction

Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through final completion. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedule. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA and local construction regulations. Monitor daily progress, maintain site documentation (including daily logs and reports), and proactively address field issues. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, design teams, and inspectors to maintain quality standards and project alignment. Ensure site cleanliness, material deliveries, and equipment usage are well-coordinated and efficient.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, experienced Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up commercial construction, particularly office and retail developments. They will have a deep understanding of construction sequencing, safety standards, and trade coordination, along with strong communication and leadership skills. This role suits someone who thrives on-site, is detail-oriented, and can effectively drive project timelines while maintaining quality and safety.
