Consultant- CAM Reconciliation Training in Yardi Voyager

Tarantino Properties is seeking an experienced Yardi Consultant to provide hands-on training and guidance to our commercial property management team on annual CAM reconciliations .

Responsibilities :

• Train staff on setting up properties and tenants in Yardi for accurate CAM tracking.
• Walk through the complete CAM reconciliation process , including expense allocations, recoveries, and tenant statements.
• Review our existing workflows and help establish best practices for setup, reporting, and audit trails .
• Deliver step-by-step guidance, documentation, and recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
