What You’ll Do We’re eager to find a Brand Designer to join our in-house creative team. You will be a self-starting, strong-willed, creative, and strategically focused designer with a clear, clean, and compelling design sensibility, applying your design powers to help dogs live healthier, happier and longer lives.

How You'll Make An Impact Create engaging branded marketing and advertising creative for all channels, including emails, social media posts, landing pages, print materials, and other advertising.
Collaborate cross-functionally to brainstorm new creative campaigns and guide ideas from concept to completion with a strong design sensibility.
Continue to develop The Farmer’s Dog brand standards and guidelines, refining visual style, templates, typography, illustration, and more.
Partner with the Product Design department to improve our web experience.
Develop and craft new physical brand touchpoints including packaging when opportunities arise.
Qualifications You have 3+ years in a designer role, with experience across a wide range of brand and marketing channels (agency and / or client-side).
You are a self-starter who takes ownership and seeks continuous improvement.
You are collaborative and open to input and balanced discussions.
You pay close attention to detail and are not afraid to propose bold solutions.
You are expert in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
You are comfortable with Sketch and / or Figma and understand web design methodologies.
Video and art direction experience is a plus.
Motion skills and AfterEffects knowledge is a plus.
You love dogs!

We offer a competitive compensation package with base salary and equity. For this role, the anticipated base compensation range is $76,000 - $85,000 USD annually, plus equity. Range may vary outside NYC based on market data and location. More information about equity value will be shared at the time of offer.
