Residency Program Coordinator

As the behind-the-scenes powerhouse of our residency and fellowship programs, you'll be the go-to person for residents, faculty, and leadership. From managing day-to-day operations to supporting long-range planning, recruitment, and program compliance, you'll make sure everything runs smoothly so trainees and physicians can focus on what matters mostpatient care and education.
What You'll Do
Partner with the Program Director and leadership team to keep program operations, workflow, and budgets on track.
Apply ACGME and hospital policies to ensure compliance (you'll be our in-house policy expert).
Support residents and fellows throughout their training, serving as a trusted resource and liaison with hospital administration.
Manage resident recruitment, orientation, affiliation agreements, and external rotations.
Keep things running smoothly behind the scenesdatabases, evaluations, licensing, contracts, credentialing, and exams.
Plan and execute major events like orientation, graduation, recruitment season, and faculty meetings.
Create program communicationsfrom websites and brochures to event invitations and recruitment materials.
Lead the ERAS and NRMP processes during recruitment and Match season.
Track and report on trainee and faculty data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Help prepare for ACGME reviews, site visits, and other accreditation milestones.
Promote a culture of quality, safety, and inclusion in everything you do.
What You Bring (Minimum Requirements)
Associate's degree in health sciences, business, public administration, education, or a related field.
25 years of experience in a high-level administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skillsyou're the type who finds joy in color-coded spreadsheets.
Discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Confidence in making independent decisions, with the judgment to escalate when needed.
