Mopar is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Manager to lead and optimize the retail channel across our dealer network. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless customer experience on the service drive, driving retail parts sales, and maintaining optimal parts availability. The Retail Manager will collaborate closely with Area Managers and the Express Lane team to coordinate dealer visits, streamline processes, and implement best practices that enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Training & Support : Deliver training and support to dealership personnel on retail processes, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
Increase Dealer Traffic : The development of marketing plan and implementation of plan in order to increase customer traffic to our stores
